The RFID manufacturing unit, including "flip-chips technology" pick-and-place equipment that applies the chip to its antenna on an inlay, offers a large productioncapacity and rigorous quality controls during the process. Every inlay is electrically tested after the chip/antenna assembly, before packaging. Any inlays are automatically marked so as to allow the label manufacturer to eliminate them during the integration process. |
